Case studies

Here is what changed inside each company, what it was worth, and how each figure was confirmed.

Client names are withheld. Each company appears by its industry, its size and the shape of the engagement, and every figure carries a label saying how it was confirmed.

How we report value

Three layers, kept apart because they are not the same money.

  1. Tracked absorption savings. Weekly actuals measured against a baseline by expense line, validated by client finance.
  2. Cash released one time. Working capital freed as the cash conversion cycle shortens and inventory comes down.
  3. Recurring value of installed systems, modeled. The modeled annual worth of the routines and tools once they run.

The three are reported separately and never added into a single number. Labels say where a figure came from: validated weekly by client finance, as reported by the principal who ran the work, or identified and not yet banked. We will not tell you what your business will save before we have seen your numbers.

If one of these companies sounds like yours, ask us what a discovery would look at in your numbers.

Two to three weeks on site, a findings brief at the end, and the brief is yours whether or not we go further.
