The tools your team keeps
Custom built with AI, on your own exports, running in your own browser.
A routine only holds if the numbers behind it are easy to get. So we build the tooling as part of the install, around the data your systems already produce, and you keep it when we leave.
The tools in numbers
140+
tools and reports built for clients to date.
50+
user guides shipped with them.
Nothing uploaded: your data stays on your network.
The specification
What every tool is, and where it lives.
- Input
- Your own ERP export in Excel, CSV or PDF, from whatever system you run.
- Where it runs
- In your browser, on your machine, on your network. Nothing is uploaded.
- Where it saves
- To your shared folder, so the whole team sees one version of the numbers.
- Built for
- Being operated live in a meeting, not read afterward. Worked lists, not just charts.
- Ships with
- A user guide, a changelog, a quality assurance harness before release, and your brand on it.
- AI in the build
- We use AI to analyze your data and build your tools, governed by a written data handling brief agreed with you.
- Ownership
- Yours. The tools stay with you and keep running after the program closes.
What we build most often
Seven families of tools, built around your meetings.
- 01Operational visibility hubs
- 02Scheduling and adherence
- 03Maintenance reliability dashboards
- 04Inventory and disposition tools
- 05Finance operations and cash flow hubs
- 06Demand and order operations
- 07Process and knowledge maps
In use
What the team runs itself at a thermoforming plant.
Behind the operating rhythm sat tools the team runs itself, among them a scheduling and adherence tool fed by the daily dispatch, a changeover hub covering 14 cells by 4 changeover types, a maintenance system taken from almost nothing to the system of record with 487 assets and 179 preventive records, and a finance hub carrying a 12 week cash flow forecast.
Your data
How is our data handled if you use AI?
Under a written data handling brief agreed with you before any analysis starts. Your tools read the exports your systems already produce, parse them in your browser on your machine, and save to your shared folder. Nothing is uploaded. AI is used to analyze your data and build your tooling within that brief, and the tooling it produces is yours to keep.
Next step
Will our tools read the exports your ERP already produces?
Ask us about the report your team pulls every week. One of the three of us will answer.
